1 on 1 Session
These sessions are suitable for anyone going through a transition, wrestling with something in their life, or just wanting a reading of the present moment.
We begin with talking about where you are in this moment, after which I access your energetic field from the highest source. From there I do an energetic scanning and cleansing. Your chakra system is activated and cleared, energetic blockages are gently removed from your energy field, and your whole system is recharged with healing light energy.
After, I share with you about the energies, emotions, visuals, guides, ancestors, or other messages that may have entered your field, helping you integrate the healing experience more deeply.
As a result, tension can soften and inner restlessness can settle. This process supports energetic realignment, greater balance, clarity, and flow.
We are now able to work in a clear and protected space where we focus on what truly wants your attention in this moment. We work flexibly and intuitively, drawing on a range of approaches.
These sessions bring a tangible sense of relief, clarity, and practical integration tools that support you in everyday life.

Transformative Soul Accompaniment
Suitable for anyone going through a transition or anything in their life who is longing for transformation and wants their essence truly supported through a period of time. Through this process, you emerge accompanying yourself on a soul level.
During this six month period, I am actively holding space for you and doing remote energetic readings/cleansings between our weekly sessions. This journey provides a real arch within which you experience deep cleansing, alignment and reconnection.
This guidance opens a gentle, protected space where deep-seated blockages can dissolve and your energy system can be gently cleared. Old patterns and energetic burdens can transform and your energy field is realigned and opened for connection with yourself, your inner aspects, and the spiritual world. You will experience yourself more clearly and strengthen your connection to the divine.
As part of this journey, I work energetically on your living space, offering cleansing and protection. You will receive guided, healing meditation recorded specifically for you and your needs.
Throughout our time together you will learn and receive tools that will help you self-align, cleanse, and release blockages within your own energy field long after our journey together ends.

My Backround
Sensitivity as Strength
From an early age, I was highly sensitive and empathic. I had a rich inner-life, but because I wasn’t met by anyone on most levels, I found it overwhelming to carry alone and kept my essential self concealed.
Over time, I learned to build layers around my essence and interacted with others from a place of disconnection and numbness.
I know what it feels like to lack and miss access to one’s self, and I also know what it’s like to remember, rediscover and strengthen this access, along with connection to divine/source and the spiritual world.
In my work, I hold space for you to unfold and reconnect to your essence, using tools from many different disciplines in an integrative approach that treats your body, psyche,
and soul: different levels of the same system.
This is the experience of coming home.
